Merge onto I-25 N and continue for approximately 25 miles. Take exit 207B for US-287 N toward Fort Collins. Continue on US-287 N for about 12 miles, then take the exit toward CO-66 W. Merge onto CO-66 W, which leads you towards Longmont. Once in Longmont, follow signs for US-287 N again, heading towards Boulder. After reaching Boulder, take CO-93 S to Golden. From Golden, follow signs for US-6 E. Once you reach Evergreen, turn onto Buffalo Park Rd. The Alderfer/Three Sisters East Trailhead will be located on your left at 30357 Buffalo Park Rd, Evergreen, CO 80439.
