    If you're coming from Denver, take I-70 W towards Grand Junction. After about 20 miles, take exit 263 for CO-93 S toward Golden. Continue on CO-93 for about 10 miles, then turn left onto US-6 W. Follow this road for about 4 miles, then turn right onto CO-74. Lair o’ the Bear Park will be on your right after about 3 miles. The address is 22550 CO-74, Idledale, CO 80453.

    From Fort Collins, take I-25 S towards Denver. After about 50 miles, take exit 217 to merge onto US-36 W towards Boulder. Continue on US-36 for about 20 miles, then merge onto CO-93 S. After about 10 miles, turn left onto US-6 W and follow for 4 miles. Take a right onto CO-74 and Lair o’ the Bear Park will be on your right after 3 miles.

  • Public Transportation

    From downtown Denver, take the RTD Light Rail to the Federal Center station. From there, board the 16 bus towards Morrison. Get off at the Morrison/Highway 93 stop. From there, you can either walk about 2 miles along CO-74 to reach Lair o’ the Bear Park or arrange for a rideshare service to cover the remaining distance.
