Getting There

    From Aspen, head south on Castle Creek Road (CR 15). Follow the signs for Maroon Bells Scenic Area. The road is about 10 miles long and will lead you directly to the Maroon Bells Parking Area. Note that the parking area fills up quickly, especially during peak season, so aim to arrive early in the morning. Keep in mind that there is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle.

    During the summer months, the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) operates a shuttle service from Aspen to Maroon Bells.
