If you are driving, start on US-40 E from any location in the Rocky Mountains. Continue on US-40 E until you reach I-70 W. Take I-70 W towards Grand Junction. Merge onto US-491 S in the direction of Cortez. Follow US-491 S and then take CO-145 S towards Dolores. From Dolores, continue on CO-145 S until you reach the junction with US-160 W. Turn left onto US-160 W, and follow the signs for Mesa Verde National Park. The entrance to the park is located at 37.2308729 latitude and -108.4618335 longitude. There is an entrance fee of $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
