If you are driving from Durango, Colorado, take US-160 West for about 35 miles. Look for the signs directing you to Mesa Verde National Park. Turn left onto CO-491 South, and after approximately 2 miles, turn right onto the entrance road to Mesa Verde National Park. The park entrance is about 12 miles from the turnoff. There is an entrance fee of $20 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
