Train
From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Metro-North Station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Board a train on the New Haven Line heading towards Grand Central Terminal. Ride the train for approximately 50 minutes until you arrive at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan.

Once at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 7 train from Grand Central to Times Square-42nd Street. At Times Square, transfer to the 1 train heading towards South Ferry. Ride the 1 train for 9 stops until you reach the Christopher Street-Sheridan Square station.

After exiting the Christopher Street-Sheridan Square subway station, walk south on Christopher Street for about 2 blocks until you reach the intersection with 7th Avenue. Turn right onto 7th Avenue and walk for about 0.3 miles. Then, turn left onto Commerce Street. The Cherry Lane Theatre will be on your left at 38 Commerce St.

Alternatively, after arriving at Grand Central Terminal, you can take the M20 bus towards Battery Park City. Get off at the 7th Avenue and West 4th Street stop. From there, walk south on 7th Avenue for 3 blocks, then turn left onto Commerce Street. The Cherry Lane Theatre will be at 38 Commerce St, just a short walk ahead.
