Train
From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station. You can walk to the station from anywhere in the downtown area, as it is centrally located. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the Metro-North Railroad and take the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 125th Street station in Harlem, New York. From there, transfer to the Hudson Line towards Poughkeepsie and alight at the next stop, which is the Christopher St. station.

Start at the Greenwich Bus Terminal located at 2 Railroad Avenue. From there, catch the CT Transit bus route 10 heading towards Stamford. After a 15-minute ride, get off at the Stamford Transportation Center. At this center, transfer to the Greyhound or Peter Pan bus service that goes to New York City. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, you can take the subway (1 train) from Times Square to Christopher St. station, which is a short walk from Lucille Lortel Theatre.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike from a local bike rental shop in Greenwich. Start your journey by heading west on W Putnam Ave (Route 1). Follow this road until you cross into New York. Continue on W 4th St until you reach 6th Ave, then turn right. Follow 6th Ave until you reach Christopher St. The Lucille Lortel Theatre will be on your left at 121 Christopher St.

If you are staying close to the waterfront in Greenwich, you can take a leisurely walk towards the ferry terminal at 1 Ferry Rd. From there, take the ferry to New York City (check schedule for availability). Once you arrive at the Battery Park area, you can either walk or take the subway to Christopher St. Take the 1 subway line from South Ferry to Christopher St. station. From there, it's just a short walk to the theatre.
