From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Place. You can take the Metro-North Railroad's New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 50 minutes, get off at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit.

After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk to the nearest subway entrance and take the S (Shuttle) train towards Times Square-42nd Street. Get off at Times Square-42nd Street and transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 trains. Take the 1 train towards South Ferry and get off at 50th Street Station. From the station, walk west on 50th Street until you reach 8th Avenue, then turn left (south) and walk to 53rd Street. The Broadway Comedy Club will be on your right at 318 W 53rd St.

From Stamford, you can take the Greyhound or Peter Pan bus service to New York City. The bus will drop you off at various terminals; if you choose the Port Authority Bus Terminal, once you exit the terminal, head east on 42nd Street towards 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue and continue walking until you reach 53rd Street. The Broadway Comedy Club will be on your left at 318 W 53rd St.
