After reaching Grand Central, exit the station and head towards the 42nd Street–Grand Central subway station. Take the 7 train towards Flushing-Main St. At the Vernon Blvd-Jackson Av station, transfer to the Q102 bus towards Astoria. Get off at the stop for E Rd. Walk a short distance to reach the Smallpox Memorial Hospital.
