From Stamford Station, take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the train and follow the signs to the main concourse. When you reach the main concourse, head towards the east side and exit the terminal onto East 42nd Street. Continue walking east for about 5 minutes until you reach 45 E 42nd St, where SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located.

Catch the CT Transit Bus Route 10 from the Stamford Transportation Center towards New York. The bus ride will take about an hour. Get off at the stop at 42nd Street and 3rd Avenue. From there, walk west along East 42nd Street for about 7 minutes until you reach 45 E 42nd St, where SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program in Stamford. Follow the bike lanes on East Main Street until you reach the waterfront, then take the scenic route along the coast towards New York.
