Train
From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. You can take the Metro-North Railroad on the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, transfer to the 4, 5, 6, or Q subway lines heading towards 42nd St - Grand Central.

While at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the 4 or 5 subway lines. Take the 4 or 5 train heading uptown towards Woodlawn or Eastchester-Dyer Avenue respectively. Get off at 68th St - Hunter College station. Exit the station and walk east on 68th St towards 1 E 70th St, which is approximately a 5-minute walk.

From the 68th St - Hunter College subway station, exit onto 68th St and walk east. Turn left onto Park Ave, then take another left onto 70th St. Continue walking straight for a few blocks, and you'll arrive at The Frick Collection located at 1 E 70th St. It should take around 10 minutes to walk from the subway station to the museum.
