    From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. You can take the Metro-North Railroad on the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, transfer to the 4, 5, 6, or Q subway lines heading towards 42nd St - Grand Central.
