Train
From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Place. Purchase a ticket to New York City. Board the Metro-North Railroad train on the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 50 minutes, you will arrive at Grand Central Terminal. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit. As you leave Grand Central, walk west along 42nd Street until you reach 6th Avenue. Turn left on 6th Avenue and walk south for about 10 minutes. The UBS Art Gallery will be on your right at 1285 6th Ave.

From Stamford, take the Metro-North bus service at the Stamford Transportation Center. Look for the bus that goes to New York City (NYC). The journey can take around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC, exit the terminal and walk east on 42nd Street towards 6th Avenue. Turn left on 6th Avenue and walk south for about 10 minutes. The UBS Art Gallery will be on your right at 1285 6th Ave.
