Train
From Stamford, head to the Stamford Transportation Center located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. You can walk there from many hotels in downtown Stamford or take a local bus. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket for a Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal, Manhattan. The journey typically takes about 50 minutes. Disembark at Grand Central Terminal. From Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit and head towards the east side of the street.

Once you are at Grand Central Terminal, head to the subway station located within the terminal. Take the S (Shuttle) train to Times Square-42nd Street. Transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines and take it downtown towards the 42nd Street station. Get off at 59th Street-Columbus Circle.
