    From Quepos, take the public bus to Manuel Antonio National Park. Buses depart from the Quepos bus station approximately every 30 minutes, from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The bus will be marked “Quepos – Manuel Antonio National Park”. The fare is approximately 385 CRC. The bus stops near Playa Espadilla Norte; from there, walk along the Beach Trail to the park entrance.
