From Manuel Antonio, take a local bus heading towards Quepos. Buses run frequently, approximately every 20-30 minutes. Get on the bus at the main road (Paseo de los Estudiantes) where you can catch the bus. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the stop for 'Monkey Mangrove Tour' or ask if they can drop you at the nearest stop. Once you arrive in Quepos, you will want to get off at the Quepos bus terminal.

After arriving at the Quepos bus terminal, head southeast on Avenida 2 until you reach the intersection with Calle 3. Turn left onto Calle 3 and continue until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto the road leading towards the mangroves. Follow the signs for 'Monkey Mangrove Tour' which will guide you to the location. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes from the terminal.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the Quepos bus terminal directly to the Mangrove Monkey Tour. Simply tell the taxi driver to take you to 'Monkey Mangrove Tour / Chino'. The taxi ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic.
