From Sarapiquí, take a bus to La Virgen. Transfer to a bus heading towards Río Cuarto and ask the driver to stop at La Colonia for Pozas La Presa. The bus ride takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and costs around 1,500 to 2,000 CRC. From La Colonia, it's a short walk to the entrance.

From Río Cuarto, a taxi to Pozas La Presa costs approximately 3,000 to 4,000 CRC. The drive takes about 15 minutes. Taxis are readily available in Río Cuarto.

From Sarapiquí, drive northwest on Route 4 towards La Virgen. Turn right onto Route 126 and continue towards Río Cuarto. Look for signs indicating 'Pozas La Presa' in La Colonia, Alajuela Province. The entrance is located off the main road. Total driving time is around 45 minutes. Parking is available at the site.
