If you're driving from Zagreb, take the D1 road towards Medvednica Mountain. Follow signs for Sljeme. As you ascend the mountain, follow the road until you reach the parking area near the P.D. Grafičar. From the parking area, you can walk approximately 500 meters on the marked trails to reach Sljeme Vidikovac Grafičar. Keep in mind that parking might have a fee, typically around 10 HRK per hour.

Take tram line 14 from central Zagreb to the last stop, 'Mali Bukovec'. From there, catch bus number 140 towards Medvednica. The bus will take you up to the last stop near P.D. Grafičar. Once you get off, it's a short walk (about 500 meters) to Sljeme Vidikovac Grafičar. Bus tickets cost approximately 10 HRK. Be sure to check the schedule, as buses may not run frequently.
