From Brandywine Creek State Park, exit the park and head northeast on Brandywine Creek Rd. Continue onto DE-92 E. After approximately 6 miles, merge onto I-295 N toward Wilmington. Stay on I-295 for about 5 miles, then take exit 1B for US-13 N toward New Castle. Continue on US-13 N for about 3 miles. Take the exit for DE-273 E. Follow DE-273 E until you reach a traffic light at S. 2nd St. Turn right onto S. 2nd St, then take your first left onto Delaware St. New Castle Battery Park will be on your right at 1 Delaware St, New Castle, DE 19720. Parking is available nearby.
