Car
From any location within Delaware Seashore State Park, head west towards Delaware Route 1 (Coastal Highway). Follow signs for DE-1 S. When you reach the intersection with Route 26, turn left onto Route 26 East. Continue for about 4 miles until you see signs for Assawoman Wildlife Area. Turn right onto Mulberry Landing Road. The entrance to Assawoman Wildlife Area will be on your left at 37604 Mulberry Landing Rd, Frankford, DE 19945. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation
If you are traveling by public transportation, you can take the DART First State bus service. Board the bus at the nearest DART stop in Rehoboth Beach heading towards Frankford. Get off at the stop near Route 26 and Coastal Highway. From there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining 4 miles to Assawoman Wildlife Area.
