    The Monroe County Transit Authority's Red Route has a stop on the ESU campus. From the bus stop, walk towards the Hoeffner Science & Technology Center on Normal Street. The museum and planetarium are located on the ground floor. A single ride fare is around $1.75.

    If driving, navigate to East Stroudsburg University at 108 Normal St, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Free parking is available in Lots FS19/20 and V29. During weekdays, obtain a free parking permit from the admission desk. Metered parking is available on Normal Street.

The Schisler Museum and McMunn Planetarium, situated on the East Stroudsburg University (ESU) campus, provides a dual experience of exploring Earth's wildlife and the vastness of space. The museum showcases over 130 wildlife specimens from diverse habitats, including North American deer and various duck species, alongside insects and a Delaware River aquarium. Exhibits include an immersive recreation of the Delaware Water Gap. The McMunn Planetarium uses a SPITZ digital projection system to display both pre-produced videos and custom star shows. The planetarium enhances science education at ESU and offers public shows. Founded by ESU alumni, the museum and planetarium aim to inspire appreciation and understanding of the natural world through collections and programs. The Schisler Museum was completed in 2013 and opened to the public in 2016, named after Arthur and Fannie Greene Schisler who donated the taxidermic mounts. The McMunn Planetarium, founded in 2008, is named after Charles A. and Patricia Lythgoe McMunn.
