If you're traveling by car, start from downtown Dover and head northwest on State Street toward W Loockerman Street. Turn left onto W Loockerman Street and continue for about 1 mile. Merge onto DE-1 N via the ramp to Wilmington. After approximately 8 miles, take the exit toward US-202 N. Continue on US-202 N for about 5 miles, then take exit 10B for I-95 N toward Wilmington. After about 2 miles, take exit 10 for DE-92 W/Concord Pike. Follow DE-92 W for approximately 3 miles, then turn right onto Smithbridge Road. Continue on Smithbridge Road for about 1 mile, and you'll see the Smith's Bridge Covered Bridge on your left.
