    From Helsingør or Hillerød station, take a bus to Esrum Skole (Hovedgaden). Bus lines 362 and 390R stop near Esrum Kloster. From the bus stop, it is a short 3-minute walk (approximately 200 meters) to Esrum Kloster. A single bus fare costs approximately 24 DKK.

    If driving, access the free parking lot via Frederiksværksvej 205. Note that there is no through access to the parking lot from Esrum Hovedgade. Parking is free. Electric car charging stations are planned but not yet installed.
