From Cotopaxi National Park, head northwest on the E28 road. Continue on this road for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with the E35. At this junction, turn right onto the E35 road towards Quito. After about 20 km, you will see signs for Papallacta. Follow the signs for another 15 km until you reach the Papallacta Hot Springs located at km. 65 via Quito - Baeza. The total driving time from Cotopaxi National Park is approximately 1 hour.
