From the center of Morona Santiago, head north towards the town of Macas. Follow the signs for the E30 highway, which will take you towards Riobamba. Continue on the E30 for approximately 90 km until you reach the junction for Vía Riobamba. Follow the Vía Riobamba road for about 30 km. The Reserva de Produccion Faunistica Chimborazo is located at Km 32 on this road. Look for signs indicating the reserve as you approach.
