If you are driving, head towards the Panamericana E35 highway. If you're starting from Tena, take the E20 highway towards Baeza and merge onto the E35 towards Mulalo. Continue on the E35 until you reach the town of Mulalo. The entrance to the National Recreation Area El Boliche will be directly across from the Mercado in Mulalo. The total drive takes about 1 hour from Tena.

To reach El Boliche via public transportation, you can take a bus from Tena to Baeza, which operates regularly. From Baeza, you will need to catch a bus towards Mulalo. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you are going to El Boliche. The bus will drop you off near the Mercado in Mulalo, and the entrance to the National Recreation Area is right across the street. The entire trip may take around 2-3 hours depending on waiting times.

For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or rideshare from Tena to El Boliche. You can negotiate the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
