    From the center of Vilcabamba, white pick-up taxis are readily available to take you to Izhcayluma Eco-Resort, which sits on a hill about 2 km (1.2 miles) from the town center. The ride takes approximately 5 minutes and costs around $2. The front desk can also call a taxi for you.

    From the center of Vilcabamba, it's a 25-minute walk to Izhcayluma Eco-Resort. The walk is mostly uphill. Follow the road south out of town, and you'll see signs for Izhcayluma. Be prepared for a bit of a climb, but the views are worth it.

    If arriving in Loja, take a bus to Vilcabamba. From the Vilcabamba bus terminal, you can take a white pick-up taxi to Izhcayluma for $2. Alternatively, you can walk from the center of Vilcabamba.
