If you are staying near Coptic Cairo, you can walk to Souq El Fustat. From the Coptic Museum, head southeast on Al-Muizz Street, then turn left onto Al Kafour Street. Continue straight for about 800 meters, and you will find Souq El Fustat on your left, near the intersection with the main road.
