From the center of Axum, head northeast towards the main road (Aksum - Adwa Road). You will pass by local shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the road that leads to the Aksum Museum. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking. The Akhsum Obelisk No-1 is located a short distance down this road on your right. Look for the large stone structure; it is hard to miss.

If you are near the St. Mary of Zion Church, exit the church grounds and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right, and continue walking until you see the Akhsum Obelisk No-1 on your left. The obelisk is surrounded by a small park area, so you can take your time to explore the surroundings.
