From the center of Mekele, head towards the main road (Atsbi Road). You can start at the main square in Mekele. Walk north on the main road for about 3 kilometers until you see the sign for Abraha Atsbeha. Continue walking straight and you will reach the village of Abraha Atsbeha. The church is located near the center of the village, follow the local signs or ask for directions as you approach. It is advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes as some parts of the road may be uneven.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Mekele. Start from the center of Mekele and take the main road (Atsbi Road) heading north. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will see signs directing you towards Abraha Atsbeha. The route is mostly flat and suitable for cycling. Once you reach the village, park your bicycle in a safe area and walk to the church, which is located near the village center.
