Start your journey at the Mekele Central Market, located in the heart of Mekele. From the market, head east on the main road, which is known as 'Hawassa Road'. Keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left path which leads to Wukro. Continue on this path for approximately 7 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and cafes along the way, which are good spots for breaks. Once you reach Wukro, look for local signage directing you to the ቤተክርስትያን ጨርቆስ church, which is located at RJ23+QRG. It's about a 15-minute walk from the main road in Wukro.

From Mekele, head to the bus station located near the Central Market. Look for a bus heading towards Wukro; these typically leave every 30 minutes. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Wukro, exit the bus and ask locals for directions to ቤተክርስትያን ጨርቆስ church. It is a short walk from the bus stop. The locals are friendly and will guide you to RJ23+QRG.
