If you are driving from the village of Dúðardalur, head north on the main road towards the village of Mikladalur. Continue through the village and follow the signs leading to Slættaratindur. The road will lead you up the mountain. There are limited parking spaces available near the trailhead, so make sure to arrive early. The drive offers scenic views of the surrounding valleys and ocean.
