From Riisitunturi National Park, head southwest on Route 5 (E75) towards Kuusamo. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Kuusamo. Continue on Route 20 for about 15 kilometers until you reach Oulanka National Park. Look for signs indicating Oulanka National Park as you approach Liikasenvaarantie, where the park entrance is located. Make sure to check for parking areas near the visitor center.
