If you are driving from Fernandina Beach, head south on 14th St toward Atlantic Ave. Continue onto FL-200 E/A1A. Merge onto I-95 S and take exit 362B to merge onto FL-115 N toward Jacksonville. Continue on FL-115 N until you reach Heckscher Drive. Turn left onto Heckscher Drive (FL-105). Continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach the entrance of Little Talbot Island State Park on your left, at 12157 Heckscher Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32226. Parking fees are $3 per vehicle, so be prepared to pay at the entrance.
