    From Honeymoon Island State Park, exit the park and head south on Honeymoon Island Causeway. Take a left onto the FL-586 W and then merge onto US-19 S. Continue on US-19 S until you reach the intersection with FL-60 W. Turn right onto FL-60 W and follow it until you reach the Tampa Bay area. From there, continue on FL-60 W until you reach the intersection with I-275 S. Merge onto I-275 S and follow signs for St. Petersburg. Take exit 22 toward 5th Ave S and turn left onto 5th Ave S. Continue on this road until you reach the waterfront near the St. Petersburg Marina.

    From Honeymoon Island State Park, you will need to take a bus to reach St. Petersburg. Start by taking the PSTA bus route 442 from the Honeymoon Island State Park entrance to the Tarpon Springs station.
