    From Honeymoon Island State Park, exit the park and head south on Honeymoon Island Causeway. Continue onto the Dunedin Causeway and merge onto FL-693 S. Follow FL-693 S until you reach FL-688 W. Merge onto FL-688 W and continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach I-275 S. Merge onto I-275 S and take exit 17 for Pinellas Bayway. After the toll plaza (approximately $1.00), continue on Pinellas Bayway to Fort De Soto Park. Follow the signs for the park entrance.

    From Honeymoon Island State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus route 61 towards St. Petersburg.
