Follow 22nd Avenue South until it leads you to the Pinellas Bayway (Highway 682). Take the Bayway south towards the Skyway Bridge. After crossing the bridge, follow the signs for Egmont Key Ferry Service, located at the southern end of the bridge. Parking is available at the ferry terminal for a fee, typically around $10 per day. The ferry ride to Egmont Key takes about 30 minutes.
