From the Gare d'Annecy (train station), exit and walk straight ahead on Rue de la Gare. Continue onto Rue Jean Jaurès; the Tourist Office will be on your right, a short 5-minute walk. It's easily recognizable by its prominent signage.

From anywhere in Annecy, take a bus to the 'Hôtel de Ville' stop. The Tourist Office is directly across the street from the bus stop, a very short walk away. A single bus ticket costs around €1.60.
