If you are starting from the Lourdes train station, exit the station and head towards Avenue de la Gare. Turn left and walk down the avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn right onto Avenue de la République and continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue Mgr Théas. Continue on this avenue for about 10 minutes. You will see the entrance to Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes on your left.

From the Lourdes train station, you can take bus line 5 which directly goes to Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes. Purchase a ticket at the station or from the driver. Board the bus and enjoy the ride which takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes'. The sanctuary will be just a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Lourdes. Simply hail a taxi or call a local taxi service. Provide the driver with the address: '1 Av. Mgr Théas, 65100 Lourdes'. The taxi ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on your location.

If you have rented a bicycle, head towards Avenue de la Gare from your accommodation. Follow Avenue de la République and then take a left onto Avenue Mgr Théas. The sanctuary is approximately a 15-minute bike ride from the main center of Lourdes. There are bike racks available near the entrance for parking.
