Walking
From the center of Lourdes, head east on Rue de la Grotte towards Rue de l'Impératrice. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Once inside the sanctuary grounds, follow the signs directing you to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. The Crypte is located beneath this basilica. Look for the main entrance on the left side of the basilica, and you will find the stairs that lead down to the Crypte.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you are near the bus station in Lourdes, you can take a local bus towards the Sanctuary area. Look for buses that have stops at 'Sanctuaire' or 'Basilique'. Once you get off at the stop, walk towards the main entrance of the Sanctuary. Follow the pathway towards the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. The Crypte is located underneath the basilica, accessible from the sides.
