Continue straight until you reach the Place d'Assas, where you can admire the beautiful architecture. From there, turn left onto Rue de la Madeleine and follow it until you reach the Boulevard de la Liberté. Cross the boulevard and continue straight onto Rue de la République until you arrive at the city center, near the Maison Carrée. Enjoy the historic surroundings as you walk. From the Maison Carrée, head towards the Arènes de Nîmes, following the signs. Once you reach the arena, continue on Rue de la République until you arrive at the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and walk until you reach the Pont du Gard bus stop. This is where you can catch a bus to Arles.

At the Pont du Gard bus stop, take the bus line 1 towards Arles. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views as you travel towards Arles. Once you arrive at the Arles bus station, exit the bus and turn right onto Rue du Bac. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Stairway Trinquetaille Bridge, which is located at 1 Rue du Bac. Look for the bridge on your left as you approach.

Alternatively, you can take a train from Nîmes to Arles. Start at the Nîmes train station (Gare de Nîmes) and purchase a ticket for the train to Arles. The train journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Arles train station, exit the station and head toward Rue du Bac. Walk for about 15 minutes, and you will find the Stairway Trinquetaille Bridge at 1 Rue du Bac.
