Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Palace of Versailles, exit the main gates and head towards Avenue de Paris. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Versailles Rive Gauche train station. Take the train to Paris. Once you arrive at the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station, transfer to Metro Line 4. Travel towards Porte de Clignancourt and get off at the next stop, which is Châtelet. After exiting the station, follow the signs to the RER A train line and take the train towards Boissy-Saint-Léger. Get off at the Saint-Germain-des-Prés station. From there, walk towards Rue de Buci and continue straight until you reach the Seine River. The Place du Pont Neuf is located at the western end of the Île de la Cité, right by the bridge.
