If you are starting from Vaitape, the main town in Bora Bora, head to the Vaitape ferry terminal. There, you can catch a boat taxi, which is a common mode of transport in Bora Bora. Inform the captain that you're going to Matira Beach, and they will drop you off at the nearest dock. Upon arriving, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes along the beach towards Matira Sunset House.
Walking
If you're already at Matira Beach, simply walk along the beachfront towards the south. Look for signs that point towards Matira Sunset House. The walk is scenic, taking you past beautiful views of the lagoon and lush greenery, and will take about 15 minutes.
Bicycle Rental
Consider renting a bicycle in Vaitape or at your hotel. Cycle south along the main road that runs along the coast. Follow the signs towards Matira Beach. After about 20 minutes of cycling, you will reach the entrance to Matira Sunset House, which is located near the beach.
