Public Transport - S-Bahn
Start your journey at any S-Bahn station in Berlin. If you are near the city center, head to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). Take the S9 train in the direction of Spandau. After about 25 minutes, get off at the station called 'Grunewald'. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Grunewald Park. Follow the signs leading to 'Flughafensee' which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.

If you are located near the Alexanderplatz area, take the tram line M4 towards 'Zoologischer Garten'. Travel for around 20 minutes, then transfer to bus line 218 at the station 'Zoologischer Garten'. Take the bus to 'Flughafensee' stop. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, you will see signs directing you to the lake.
