From Friedrichstraße, transfer to the S-Bahn lines S3, S5, S7, or S9 towards Westkreuz. Get off at the Oranienburger Tor station. Exit the station and walk towards the Spree River. Follow the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you reach Schiffbauerdamm 12, where Spree & Havelschiffahrt is located.

If you are near a tram stop, take tram line M5 towards Hönow and get off at the stop called 'Friedrichstraße/Georgenstraße'. From there, walk south towards the Spree River for approximately 10 minutes, following the road signs towards Schiffbauerdamm. You will find Spree & Havelschiffahrt at Schiffbauerdamm 12.

If you are in the Mitte district, simply walk towards the Spree River. From the Brandenburg Gate, head northeast on Unter den Linden, then turn left onto Friedrichstraße. Walk towards the river and turn right. Continue along the riverbank for about 15 minutes until you reach Schiffbauerdamm 12, the location of Spree & Havelschiffahrt.
