From Stadtmitte, transfer to the U-Bahn line U6 towards Alt-Mariendorf and ride for 1 stop to 'Friedrichstraße'. Exit the station and walk straight towards Unter den Linden. Zeughaus will be located on your left at Unter den Linden 2.

If you are nearby Brandenburg Gate, walk towards Pariser Platz and then continue along Unter den Linden. Keep walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see Zeughaus on your left at Unter den Linden 2.
