If you are in the heart of Lübeck, head towards the Lübeck Cathedral (Lübecker Dom). From the Cathedral, walk southeast on Breite Straße until you reach the intersection with Sandstraße. Turn left onto Sandstraße and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Hartengrube. Stitens Almshouse will be located on your left at Hartengrube 14-16.

Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop. If you are at the Lübeck Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus number 1 or number 9 towards 'Lübeck Stadtmitte'. Alight at 'Sande' stop. From there, walk southeast on Sande towards Breite Straße and turn right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sandstraße, then turn left. Follow Sandstraße until you reach Hartengrube, then turn right. Stitens Almshouse will be on your left at Hartengrube 14-16.
