Getting There

  • Public Transport - U-Bahn

    If you're starting at Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take the U5 line towards Neuperlach Süd. Change at Sendlinger Tor to the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost. Get off at the next stop, which is Marienplatz. From Marienplatz, follow the signs towards the exit for Residenz. Once outside, walk towards Residenzstraße. The Residenz museum is located at Residenzstraße 1, just a short 5-minute walk from Marienplatz.
