Starting from the Marktplatz (Market Square) in the heart of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, head southeast on Herrngasse towards the Spitalgasse. Continue straight until you reach a junction, where you will turn left onto Spitalgasse. Walk along Spitalgasse for about 500 meters, and you will see the Spital Gate (Spitaltor) on your right. The gate is located at Spitalgasse 55.

If you are at the Rothenburg ob der Tauber Train Station, exit the station and head east. Follow the signs for the Old Town. Continue straight along the path, which will lead you to the Old Town entrance. Once you are inside the Old Town, proceed towards the Marktplatz. From the Marktplatz, follow the directions provided above to reach Spital Gate.

From the Rothenburg Town Hall (Rathaus), exit towards the east and follow the crowd towards the Marktplatz. Once at the Marktplatz, head southeast on Herrngasse, then turn left onto Spitalgasse. Walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will arrive at Spital Gate on your right.
