Walking
From your current location in Catalan Bay, head towards the main road and follow the signs leading to the Gibraltar Nature Reserve. Once you reach the main road, continue straight until you see the entrance to the reserve on your right. Follow the path through the reserve, enjoying the views of the coastline. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the edge of the reserve where you can see the Mediterranean Sea. Continue along the coast until you reach the flat sandy area; Stadtstrand will be ahead. It is a popular beach area, so you'll easily spot it.

Walking
If you're closer to the beach area of Catalan Bay, simply walk straight down the beach towards the west. Follow the shoreline, and you will eventually come to C. Almadraba, where Stadtstrand is located. It's roughly a 25-minute walk, and you can enjoy the views of the sea along the way.

Public Transport
If you're looking for a quicker option, walk to the nearest bus stop in Catalan Bay. Catch the bus heading towards Tarifa. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop closest to C. Almadraba. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Stadtstrand. Just follow the signs for the beach once you get off the bus.
