Getting There

Walking
From the center of Catalan Bay, head towards the main road that leads out of the bay area. You will want to follow the coast to the right. Continue walking along the beach promenade until you reach the main road, which is the N-340a. Once you reach the N-340a, turn left and continue walking along the road. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Tarifa. The Strait viewpoint is located approximately 5 km away from Catalan Bay, so prepare for a pleasant walk. You will see the viewpoint on your right-hand side as you approach.

Public Transport (Bus)
Start at the main bus stop in Catalan Bay. Check the local bus schedule for the route towards Tarifa. Board the bus that is heading in that direction. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tarifa, ask the driver or locals for directions to N-340a. Walk along the N-340a, and you will find the Strait viewpoint on your right side.
